Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly says he wishes officers hadn't done some gyrating at last week's West Indian Day Parade.
A video posted online shows two officers dancing with women, to the cheers and laughs of the crowd.
Kelly tells WOR radio he doesn't want to make too much of it.
He notes it's not unusual for officers to get caught up in the rowdy spirit of the event.
An NYPD spokesman declines to comment on a report that a disciplinary unit is reviewing the tape.
