Police urge gunman in girl's death to come forward

Police say the shooter might have been angry that another resident of the home intervened in an assault earlier in the day. Franco-Torrez, was struck in the head during the shooting and pronounced dead at a hospital on Sept. 12, 2011.

Police in California are looking for a man who apparently retaliated against a Good Samaritan by opening fire on his house, killing a toddler and critically wounding a pregnant woman and her toddler.
