The Daily Local News reports prosecutors say they'll seek the death penalty for 20-year-old Chandler Clark. The Titusville man and 27-year-old Melanie Ann Ray are accused of killing Andre Dupuis last month in West Nottingham Township, Chester County.
Investigators say Clark shot Dupuis in the neck and back after he pulled over when Ray feigned an illness. Authorities say the couple had befriended the Aston man to steal his truck and flee arrest warrants issued in northwestern Pennsylvania.
The Daily Local News report says neither Clark nor his attorney discussed the filing at a hearing Thursday.
