GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) - September 20, 2011

Troopers say 77-year-old Carol H. Zuccheri of Georgetown died Sunday at Christiana Hospital, where she was taken after the Sept. 1 accident.

The crash happened on Hardscrabble Road in Georgetown. Police say a vehicle operated by 31-year-old Rebecca Donahue of Selbyville clipped the rear of a car driven by Zuccheri that was stopped waiting to turn left.

Zuccheri's car was pushed into traffic and collided head-on with a car driven by 21-year-old Anissa Villella of Seaford.

Villella suffered a leg injury. Donahue was not hurt.

State police are investigating the accident.
