46-year-old William Heagy resides in the unit block of Mystic Drive in the community of the Mansion Farm Townhouses in Bear, Delaware, and has has not been seen since he left his home earlier this morning.
At 9:50 a.m., a family member reported Heagy missing and police learned that they were able to make phone contact with him this morning, but the subject became upset during the conversation and has not returned home.
It was discovered that he had possibly headed to an unknown location in Maryland.
Officers eventually were able to make phone contact with Heagy, but he would not disclose his location.
Heagy is described as a white male, 5'09" tall and 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. His clothing description is unknown, but he is known to drive a dark green Dodge pick-up truck bearing Delaware registration C104195. His mental status is such that there is a real concern for his welfare.
