The shooting happened around 7:00 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Dauphin Street.
Two victims were shot in the buttocks, one was shot in the lower right leg, and the last victim was shot in the ribs.
All four victims were taken to Temple University Hospital.A 30-year-old male later died from his injuries.
The remaining victims, all in their 20s are listed in stable condition.
There was no immediate word on the circumstances of the shooting.There is no word of any arrests.
