Woman shot multiple times in N. Phila.
NORTH PHILADELPHIA - October 31, 2011
It happened around 1:43 p.m. Monday on the 3400 block of North Smedley Street.
Police arrived to find a 23-year-old female with gunshots wounds to both legs and the abdomen.
She was taken to Temple University Hospital, where she is listed in critical condition.
Authorities are searching for a male suspect in his 20s, who was last seen fleeing the scene near 17th and Tioga streets.
No word on what sparked the shooting.
