West Goshen Police arrested Petrash of East Fallowfield at his work at about 3:30 p.m. last Tuesday.
According to investigators, Petrash attended a local martial arts school with the alleged victim. He allegedly sent casual messages to the girl but the messages then changed, becoming sexually explicit in nature.
Authorities arrested Petrash for an outstanding warrant related to unspecified incidents that occurred in May.
After completing the investigation, police determined that Petrash sent hundreds of sexual text messages from his phone to the girl's phone. In the messages, Petrash allegedly instructed the girl to participate in sexual activities.
Petrash was arraigned and was transported to Chester County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.
