Bucks County Veterans can get discounts

If you're a veteran living in Bucks County, you'll soon be able to get a money-saving discount card.

The county government will be issuing the ID cards, which will entitle veterans and active-duty military members to discounts ranging from three percent to 15 percent at local businesses.

The list of participating discounts will be posted on the Bucks County webpage.

Details of this offer are set to be announced at 2:00 p.m. today (Nov. 2, 2011) at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6493 at 645 Louis Drive in Warminster, Pa.
