The accident happened around 3:00 p.m. along the 8900 block of the Boulevard just south of Welsh Road.
Police say three males were in a speeding pickup truck when the driver lost control in the southbound lanes.
A 21-year-old was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
A 19-year-old was transported to Aria Hospital Torresdale Division in stable condition.
The third male was uninjured.
