Police seek bank bandit in Pennsauken, NJ holdup

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. - November 16, 2011

It happened at the PNC Bank on the 4900 block of Westfield Avenue.

According to police, the robber walked into the bank at approximately 5 p.m. on Tuesday evening and passed the teller a note demanding cash and stating he had a weapon.

The suspect did not show the teller a gun.

He received an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot toward 48th Street.

Police describe the suspect as 6' to 6'3" tall, 35 to 40 years old, and about 190 lbs.
