Pennsylvania State Police say 39-year-old Richard Marsolick of Hereford, Pa. checked into the Cab Frye's Motel in Hereford on Halloween night with his son and 6-year-old daughter, after Marsolick's home lost power.
A 9-year-old girl, a friend of Marsolick's daughter, later joined the family at the motel for an overnight stay.
Police say during the night Marsolick had inappropriate sexual contact with both girls.
Marsolick was arrested and charged yesterday with 18 counts, including rape, endangering the welfare of children and other offenses.
Bail was set at $750,000. Marsolick remains behind bars at Berks County prison.
