It happened shortly before 7:00 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 4th and Spruce streets in Ewing Township.
Authorities say the man darted out in front of a passing vehicle and was thrown 10-15 feet.
He suffered severe head trauma and was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver stopped at the scene, but so far no charges have been filed at this time.
