The attacks happened along Kensington Avenue and, police say, all three rapes were committed at knifepoint early in the morning.
Investigators released a description of the suspect's vehicle during a news conference on Tuesday. The car they are looking for is a white 1999 Volkswagen Jetta. It has Pennsylvania license plate HVD 5131.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his mid-30s, 5'8" tall with a heavy build, clean-shaven and dark hair.
He also has tattoos on both forearms.
