64-year-old John Perry III of Trenton was arrested and is being charged with rape, indecent assault, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, and false imprisonment.
Police say the female victim was abducted in Lawrence Township, New Jersey and taken by vehicle to the 5-Mile Woods Park off of Big Oak Road in Pennsylvania.
It was there that she was allegedly sexually assaulted by Perry at gun point.
After the assault, the woman was taken back to New Jersey. She contacted the Lawrenceville Police department to report the assault.
Police searched the crime scene and recovered a gun.
Perry's bail has not yet been set.
