Investigators say it was approximately 11:30 p.m. Sunday when an altercation between two people became physical inside the Diamond State Warehouse on Pigeon Point Road.
During the fight, police say a 58-year-old man stabbed a 47-year-old man in the neck.
The victim was transported to Christiana Hospital and admitted in serious condition.
The suspect was arrested at the scene and charged with assault.
There's no word on what started the fight.
