Update: Montgomery Co. shooting might be self defense

UPPER FREDRICK TWP., Pa. - December 20, 2011

They're looking at whether it fits within the parameters of the state's expanded Castle Doctrine of self defense.

Police say on Saturday night, the resident of a home in Upper Frederick opened fire on two men who were threatening him with baseball bats.

The shooting killed 19-year-old Zach Levin and wounded 34-year-old Joshua Levin.

Investigators say the men went to the house, after a woman told them she had an argument with the resident.
