Flames were first reported around 5:15 a.m. on the unit block of Twin Creeks Drive.
When crews arrived, the fire had already pierced through the roof of two-story single family home.
While battling the blaze, firefighters were prompted to evacuate the structure due to safety concerns.
So far, there are no reports of any injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
