Police responded to the scene on the 5600 block of North 2nd Street around 11:50 Saturday night.
Officers arrived to find the man and woman - both in their 30s - inside the parked vehicle with the lights on.
The male victim suffered gunshot wounds to the neck and head, while the female victim sustained gunshot wounds to the head, chest, and finger.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene. No word on the victims' identities.
Police say the suspect reportedly fled on foot.
He's described as a black male, last seen wearing all black clothing and glasses.
