The accident occurred on the eastbound lanes of the bridge shortly before 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
Police say the driver of an SUV lost control and rolled over.
Another vehicle crashed trying to avoid the SUV.
Two women, one in her 20s and one in her 50s, were rushed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for care.
Authorities say the victim in her 20s suffered a severe arm injury.
A 9-year-old child was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Police accident investigators closed the eastbound lanes of the bridge for more than an hour to conduct their investigation.
