Danielle Foster, 40, of the 2700 block of West 4th Street, was sentenced to 23 1/2 years in prison for the May 25, 2011 crash.
Investigators said Foster was DUI and behind the wheel of a '97 Hyundai that ran a red light and slammed into a Mitsubishi in the intersection of 4th and Lincoln streets.
Inside the Mitsubishi were 25-year-old Stephanie Kutchimski and her two children - Alijah Rovera, age 6, and his sister Alyssa, age 4.
Alyssa died at the scene while Alijah died later at the hospital.
