The early morning robbery happened around 1:30am in the 400 block of Bethune Drive in the Mansion Park Townhouse community in New Castle.
The 39 year old victim told police that he was approached by an armed man who demanded money. The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and property, and threatened the man's family before fleeing the area.
Police later identified the suspect as Julius Lawrence and believe that he is armed and dangerous.
