Just before 8:40 a.m. Sunday, Camden police were dispatched to the unit block of North 28th Street for the report of an elderly female that was located in the rear yard of that address by the homeowner.
The female is described as Hispanic, approximately 60 to 70 years of age, 4'8, 100 pounds, with blondish red hair. She was wearing a gray colored sweatshirt and sweatpants with a white sweater.
Police say she is unable to speak the English language, but provided a statement to police in fluent Spanish. She provided two names, Carmen Sanchez and Carmen L. Morales along with dates of births of July 16, 1945, July 16, 1940 and July 16, 1920.
She was unable to provide any address or any other identifying information.
