The outage was reported around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday. PSE&G reported four customers were without power this morning because of equipment failure. Among those customers were the Camden Police Department headquarters, located at 800 Federal Street, and The Walter Rand Transportation Center. Both operated on backup power while awaiting repairs.
The outage also affected several traffic lights at intersections in the city.
All power was restored around 10:00.
The cause of the outage is attributed to equipment failure.
