George Bloomer was arrested in July on a stalking charge after a neighbor complained that he was using a video camera to record her movements.
Under the advice of police, Patricia Hitzel recorded her own video of Bloomer's activities. Easton police did the same.
And when Bloomer was taken into custody, his mother recorded that, too.
Bloomer told the court he wanted to document illegal parking by the Hitzel clan, who he says he recorded on other occasions to protect himself from being accused of wrongdoing.
The Morning Call of Allentown reports Bloomer's attorney said her client was subjected to the same treatment he gave the Hitzels.
