The shooting happened around 9:00 p.m. along the 4200 block of North Darien Street.
Upon arrival, officers found a woman, believed to be in her 20s, inside a second floor bedroom.
She was shot multiple times in the chest.
The victim was rushed to Temple University Hospital in extremely critical condition.
At this time, there is no word on a suspect or motive for the shooting.
