Patient to be questioned in Lower Bucks Hospital fire

BRISTOL TWP., Pa. - January 19, 2012

Fire broke out just before 4:30 p.m. in room 466 of the New Pavilion building of the hospital at 501 Bath Road in Bristol Township.

The fire itself was confined to the one room and the sprinkler system was able to put out the blaze.

Rooms on the second, third and fourth floors suffered some water damage as a result of the sprinkler system.

The fire was brought under control within a half hour.

There were no injuries.

Although the fire is under investigation, officials want to question the female patient who was in the room of the fire's origin.
