A hospital spokesman said 40-year-old Joseph Cataldi of Warminster died Saturday at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Cataldi was in the yard of a Warminster town house Friday night when he caught fire.
Officials said Cataldi was apparently standing near an iron fire-stand when the flames flared up. He was rushed to a nearby elementary school and flown from there to the hospital.
Authorities say the death appears accidental but remains under investigation.
