The shooting took place shortly before 6:00 p.m.at 22nd Street and Lehigh Avenue in the parking lot of a Thriftway shopping center.
Police say someone opened fire striking three people.
A 32-year-old man was shot in the upper right thigh.
A 29-year-old woman was shot twice in the left shoulder.
A 19-year-old man was shot in the right ankle.
All three were transported to Temple University Hospital for care.
They are stable.
While it's not clear what sparked the gunfire, police were able to capture two suspects about five blocks from the shooting scene.
