It happened just after 2:00 a.m. on January 21 in the parking lot of the Wawa convenience store at 200 Forty Foot Road in Towamencin Township.
Police say the suspect punched and shattered the driver's window of an occupied vehicle after a brief dispute.
The suspect was caught on camera around the time of the incident, and police are hoping someone might recognize him.
