Man sought in theft of wallet, lottery tickets

PHILADELPHIA - January 30, 2012

The incident took place Sunday at 9:15 a.m. as the victim entered the SEPTA subway on the 2000 block of South Broad Street.

While in the subway, an unknown male punched the victim in the face taking his wallet containing lottery tickets.

The suspect fled the subway platform on foot in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as of a black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'7, 170 to 180 pounds, with facial hair. He was wearing a black "North Face" vest, dark blue jeans, and a maroon and blue checkered pattern hoody.
