27-year-old Derek C. Reed and 41-year-old Stacy A. Francazio were arrested Friday.
The robbery happened Wednesday at the Moore's Lake Pharmacy on West Lebanon Road.
Four female employees were inside at the time. No word on the how much was taken.
During an investigation, police obtained a warrant and searched the hotel room of the suspects.
Officers found an undisclosed amount of drugs, money and a weapon.
Both Reed and Francazio were apprehended and remain in custody.
