Police say it started as a fight inside Whispers Inn bar on the 7600 block of Ogontz Avenue in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia.
Security ended up kicking-out both of the men involved.
The man then returned and opened fire outside the bar, killing the man he was fighting with earlier.
Police stopped a car not far away, and took a person into custody in connection with the case.
