Police say Miriam Murphy is charged with burglary and related offenses. She was arrested Sunday, after police say she entered the man's apartment and stole his 2006 Mercury Montegro. Murphy was arrested at an apartment complex in Claymont, Del., where police say they found her in possession of the keys to the vehicle.
Police say Murphy was also found to be in violation of a no-contact order that had been put into place as a result of two previous domestic incidents involving the 90-year-old man.
It is not known if Murphy has an attorney.
