It happened around 3:15 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 16th and Pine.
Police believe a BMW struck a Dodge Charger, sending the Dodge into a building.
Police on the scene said one driver fled the scene while one was being treated at the scene for minor injuries.
However, it was unclear which driver fled the scene.
