School bus hit in chain-reaction NJ crash

UPPER DEERFIELD, N.J. - February 21, 2012

The crash happened around 7:20 a.m. on the 700 block of Irving Avenue.

Investigators say a box truck hit some cars and, in turn, those cars hit the school bus.

Three drivers involved were taken to the hospital with one of those drivers taken by helicopter. However, their injuries are not considered to be serious.

There were seven children on the school bus - none of the children were injured.

Police say the truck driver will be ticketed.
