Fmr. teacher at center of Delco lockdown found

A former teacher at the center of a lockdown at Cardinal O'Hara High School in Springfield, Delaware County has been found.

Investigators tell Action News that teacher, who was dismissed back in 2008, went to visit another faculty member and did not follow protocol to enter the building.

When that former teacher could not be found, school official instigated a lockdown. The former teacher was later found in Pennsbury Township.

There was no immediate word on the identity of that former teacher.

There has been no official word on this incident from the school or the Archdiocese.
