Gun shots rang out on the 1700 block of North Wylie Street in North Philadelphia at 12:30 a.m. Monday.
Police say a 24-year-old man was shot four times in the back.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A 21 year old man was shot in the wrist.
He is expected to be ok.
Witnesses told police they saw someone suspicious, with black clothes, running from the scene of the shooting.
