The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue in Pottstown.
Investigators say Keilana Scurry, 35, of West 4th Street, was arrested after she allegedly crashed her vehicle into several parked cars while her 8-year-old daughter was with her.
The minivan Scurry was driving became disabled because of the damage.
Police say when they arrived on the scene they saw the child, who had jumped out of the van, yelling "No! No! Don't drive anymore, we are going to get into another accident."
When Scurry exited the vehicle, police say, she couldn't keep her balance and appeared to be extremely intoxicated.
Scurry was charged with endangering the welfare of children, driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person and traffic violations.
