Officers say they're looking for a 5'6 or 5'7 man wearing a grey hoodie.
They want to speak to him about a shooting that wounded a man in North Philadelphia.
It happened on the 2200 block of North Cleveland Street around 3:40 a.m. Thursday.
The victim has several gunshot wounds and is being treated at an area hospital.
So far, police don't know why the gunman opened fire.
