Police: Man knocked out with brick during fight

PHILADELPHIA - March 2, 2012

The fight happened around 1:55 a.m. on February 5th.

Investigators say a group of friends was outside the Penthouse Club in the 3100 block of Castor Avenue when they got into a fight with another group.

During the fight, one man picked up a large brick and slammed it into another man's head.

Police say the suspect then picked up the brick and struck the victim a second time.

The man who was struck blacked out, suffering multiple facial fractures, police said.

The man who used the brick is described as approximately 30 to 40 years old, balding with black hair and wearing a white shirt.
