Frank Masciocchi was last seen waiting for a bus near his home in the 2400 block of Penrose Avenue.
Police say Masciocchi suffers from mental illness and, having been without his medication for several days, may be unable to speak.
Masciocchi may be in the area of 5th Street and Washington Avenue, police said.
He is described as a white male, 44 years old, 5'8" tall, 142 lbs with brown straight hair, brown eyes, and olive skin. He has a scar on his right cheek that may not be readily apparent due to his full beard and mustache.
