On Saturday, the West Whiteland Police Department arrested 24-year-old James Joseph Quinn IV and 40-year-old Steven Lee Cuniff for theft.
Police say the two suspects walked out of the Kohl's store in Exton with two vacuum cleaners valued at more than $1,100.
Quinn and Cuniff were remanded to Chester County Prison where they are still being detained.
Additional theft charges have also been filed against the two suspects.
The new charges stem from an incident on March 6, at the same Kohl's store in Exton. That incident also involved the theft of two vacuum cleaners valued at more than $1,200.
Cuniff faces additional charges of Identity Theft for providing police officers the name and personal information of a Maryland resident during his initial arrest on March 10.
