It happened around 11:15 p.m. Monday in the 5700 block of North 3rd street in Olney.
Investigators say the armed men broke into the house while a number of adults and four children were inside.
Police quickly responded to a 9-1-1 call and surprised the armed men.
The home invaders left one adult injured. He was treated for face injuries at the scene.
