The incident happened at 2:10 a.m. on March 21 on the 2100 block of South 10th Street.
Surveillance video captured the female suspect stealing 14 flowers from flower boxes attached to the home. The victim tells police that he planted a number of flowers in the boxes and that these thefts happen every season as new flowers are planted.
