Suspect sought in armed Marlton bank robbery

Police are looking for the man responsible for the armed robbery of a bank in Marlton, New Jersey on Wednesday morning.

The robbery happened shortly before 11:00 a.m. at the PNC Bank branch located inside the ShopRite store at 307 W. Route 70.

Police say a man with a gun demanded money from one of the tellers. After rececing an undisclosed amount of cash, the man fled westbound toward Route 70.

No shots were fired and no one was injured.

The suspect is described as a man with dark complexion, approximately 35-45 years old and standing about 5'10" to 6'1" with a medium build.

He was wearing a black jacket, tan pants, dark shoes and a military style black hat.
