Philadelphia police say they have made an arrest after a woman's body was found in a burning car.

Daniel Soler, 30, of the 3200 block of Brandywine Street, was arrested on Wednesday for the murder of 33-year-old Tinesha Carr.

It was at 2:19 a.m. on Sunday when police responded to a car fire at 4519 North 3rd Street.

Upon arrival, police found a 2002 Chrysler Sebring on fire. Once the fire was out, police found Carr's body inside the vehicle.

Investigators also found two bullet holes in the front passenger side door.
