It began around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on Mystic Lane in Middletown Township.
State Police were called after a burglary at a residence. Troopers saw the suspect vehicle, a 2001 Ford Escort, and tried to stop it.
They pursued the suspect vehicle, until the suspect vehicle crashed into two other vehicles on Route 352 and Knowlton Road.
Police say the suspect driver, Keith Kilpatrick, 23, of Norwood, Pa. was unhurt. Police say he tried to flee on foot and was arrested a short time later.
Kilpatrick faces burglary and other charges related to the pursuit and crash.
The suspect passenger, Brittany Kerr, 22, of Folcroft, Pa. had to be extricated from the vehicle.
She suffered serious injuries and faces burglary charges.
Two others suffered minor injuries in the crash. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
