The fire broke out at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday at the store, located on the 800 block of E Street Road.
When firefighters arrived they found heavy smoke throughout the building.
Crews quickly gained control of the blaze.
There are no reports of injuries.
ACME says the store had product loss, primarily in the frozen seafood section and to some perishables.
The store is expected to reopen by 6:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.
Investigators are looking for the cause.
