READING, Pa. - April 17, 2012

The Berks County coroner's office says 31-year-old Emily Morris died Monday afternoon, two days after she suffered head injuries when a truck clipped a road sign that flew into her vehicle.

The Norristown woman was the web editor for Montgomery Media, a Journal Register Company. She had also worked as a freelance reporter for the Lebanon Daily News.

The Montgomery Media website reported that Morris was on her way home to visit her family ahead of a trip to California.
